Le Casino Barrière de Bordeaux recherche une ou un Hôtesse/Hôte d’accueil. Appartenant au groupe Barrière, le casino accueille en moyenne 1000 clients chaque jour et notre équipe à l’accueil est au petit soin afin de compléter cette expérience de loisir unique tout en professionnalisme et sécurité.
Responsibilities
- Handle all operations related to identity verification of Casino clients in accordance with gaming regulations
- Provide physical and telephone reception, manage cloakrooms, and handle show ticketing
- Develop and maintain customer service by informing and directing clients to various points of sale (bars, restaurants, theater)
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of provided equipment
Requirements
- Experience in physical and telephone reception roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Positive, organized, and autonomous nature
- Ability to work in a flexible environment requiring adaptation
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be an EU citizen (subject to ministerial approval)
