About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in accordance with Groupe Barrière standards
- Manage reservations and optimize scheduling
- Provide expert advice on establishment offers and products
- Drive customer acquisition and loyalty
- Provide tailor-made support to guests
- Maintain the high-end image of the golf course with attention to detail
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with clients
- Service-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Autonomy and dynamism
- Operational English (preferred)
- Experience in high-end establishments (preferred)
