Responsibilities

• Welcome clients following Group procedures with smile, availability, and courtesy
• Maintain excellent client relationships with confidentiality and discretion
• Ensure customer satisfaction levels meet Barrière and LQA standards
• Manage reservations using 7 Rooms software
• Inform clients about the various services of Hôtel Barrière Fouquet’s Paris
• Manage telephone reception

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Experience in the restaurant industry
• Proficiency with new software
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer sensitivity
• Rigor and team spirit
