About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients according to Group procedures with courtesy and conviviality
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients while ensuring confidentiality and discretion
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels meet Barrière Group and LQA standards
- Inform clients about the various services of Hôtel Barrière Fouquet’s Paris
- Manage telephone reception
Requirements
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Fluency in English
- Ability to use new software
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer sensitivity
