About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome, orient, and inform guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of hostesses
- Distribute roles, manage schedules, and anticipate needs
- Communicate effectively with various client profiles
- React quickly to unforeseen problems or special requests
- Ensure respect for etiquette and protocols
Requirements
- Experience in the event industry
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
- Driver's license and vehicle preferred for irregular hours
