Hostess

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements
• Coordinate guest flow to ensure smooth service operations
• Communicate effectively with the service team regarding table status
• Assist guests with inquiries, menu guidance, and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Uphold grooming, service, and hospitality standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess in a high-volume restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is an advantage
• High School Diploma or GED
• Professional appearance, confidence, and a guest-oriented attitude
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and join within 15–30 days
