Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and brand-aligned etiquette
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow efficiently
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback courteously
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess in a premium hospitality venue
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional grooming, confident presence, and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service hours
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
