Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and introduce the restaurant experience
• Provide accurate information about the venue, menus, and promotions
• Handle guest enquiries and special seating requests promptly
• Monitor the dining room to ensure seamless guest flow
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize table availability
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold luxury brand image
• Assist with opening and closing hostess duties
• Keep the reception and entrance areas clean and organized

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Hostess or Captain Waitress in hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs
• Understanding of restaurant service for VIP guests
• Understanding of the flow of service
• Experience in high-energy or fast-paced environments
