Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant and escort them to their tables with a personalized greeting
• Respond to phone calls and manage restaurant correspondence for reservations
• Support the Maître d' in guest assistance
• Manage cash closing operations and final payments when necessary

Requirements

• Professional experience in a similar role
• Intermediate level of English
• Valid HACCP certification
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management software
• Passion for service and ambition for professional growth
• Flexibility and attention to detail
