Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team
• Handle guest inquiries and support service recovery with professionalism

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident, friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
