Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome to ensure a sensational guest journey.
• Lead and coordinate front-of-house operations to elevate the atmosphere and guest experience.
• Manage seating arrangements and waitlists during peak periods, providing accurate wait time estimates.
• Maintain meticulous guest history records to proactively acknowledge and remember individual preferences.
• Process billing and payments efficiently while adhering to established control procedures.
• Utilize sales techniques to upsell bespoke services, concepts, and exclusive promotions.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to resolve guest concerns swiftly and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience as a Hostess within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Professional, polished appearance that adheres to high grooming standards.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy lifestyle destination.
