Responsibilities
- Welcome VIP clients with elegance and professionalism
- Manage reservations and floor plans with organization and reactivity
- Accompany clients to their tables with attention and good humor
- Ensure smooth follow-up of arrivals, departures, and rotations during service
- Maintain constant contact with the dining room team to guarantee a seamless experience
Requirements
- Impeccable presentation
- Natural sense of hospitality
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure environments
- Organized, smiling, and reactive
- Fluent communication in French and English
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
