Responsibilities

• Manage guest reception and provide a personalized welcome to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Handle reservations via telephone and email following established luxury standards
• Maintain and organize the reservation software clearly and efficiently
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service, including table readiness and staff coordination
• Manage the cloakroom and maintain its organization and cleanliness
• Monitor guest flow to optimize turnover and manage seating effectively
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and report incidents to management
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professional station cleanliness

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma
• Additional qualification in Reception or Hosting
• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or similar high-end establishment
• Fluent in French (written and oral) and fluent in English
• Professional and polished presentation at all times
• Strong sense of service, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexibly within a team environment
