Hostess

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance and seat them according to the floor plan
• Manage telephone inquiries and restaurant reservations/cancellations
• Communicate reservation changes to management
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and menus
• Review reservation books and pre-assign tables to accommodate special requests
• Present menus to guests and maintain positive guest relations
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel services and activities

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
• Experience in a high-quality hotel environment preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Friendly and outgoing personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Ability to communicate in Arabic and Russian
