Responsibilities

• Provide quality and genuine hospitality in a timely manner
• Greet parties with a welcoming and accommodating attitude
• Distribute menus to guests as they are seated
• Manage seating and reservations to ensure optimal guest experience
• Respond to phone calls and acknowledge guests upon arrival and departure
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies

• Passion for food and excellent dining experiences
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in fast-paced environments
• Self-motivated with ability to follow directions
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10+ pounds
• Attention to detail

• Previous hosting or guest service experience
