Host

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly while managing dining room flow and efficient waits
• Answer incoming calls professionally and record reservations accurately in OpenTable
• Maintain the host stand, dining room, and entrance areas throughout each shift
• Arrange tables and set up for large parties according to service guidelines
• Communicate attentively with guests, coworkers, and management

Requirements

• High school diploma or prior guest service experience
• Knowledge of proper etiquette and service standards
• Professional English communication skills
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs regularly
• Availability to work nights and weekends
