Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their seats
• Manage the reservation process and seating flow
• Communicate with guests in the spirit of southern hospitality
• Ensure service standards and proper execution are maintained

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a Front of House (FOH) service environment
• Ability to operate a POS system and possess good math skills
• Proficiency in the English language with strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to move and process information quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, proactive, and constructive teamwork attitude
