Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional Forbes 5-star service experience across F&B outlets
• Advise guests on menu choices and F&B offerings with enthusiasm
• Manage reservations and guest details in a welcoming manner
• Drive revenue through upselling and creative initiatives
• Maintain a professional, smart, and neatly groomed 5-star appearance
• Follow all health and safety policies regarding food and beverage handling
• Perform administrative duties such as printing menus and managing stationery

Requirements

• 1-2 years of serving or hosting experience in luxury hospitality
• Strong understanding of 5-star hospitality standards
• Ability to build rapport and read guest needs
• Resourceful problem-solver capable of working under pressure
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Experience with OpenTable
• Industry-related certifications such as WSET
• Basic knowledge of Opera PMS
