About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional Forbes 5-star service experience across F&B outlets
- Advise guests on menu choices and F&B offerings with enthusiasm
- Manage reservations and guest details in a welcoming manner
- Drive revenue through upselling and creative initiatives
- Maintain a professional, smart, and neatly groomed 5-star appearance
- Follow all health and safety policies regarding food and beverage handling
- Perform administrative duties such as printing menus and managing stationery
Requirements
- 1-2 years of serving or hosting experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of 5-star hospitality standards
- Ability to build rapport and read guest needs
- Resourceful problem-solver capable of working under pressure
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Experience with OpenTable
- Industry-related certifications such as WSET
- Basic knowledge of Opera PMS
