Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner upon arrival
• Manage the seating chart to ensure fair table allocation among servers
• Communicate wait times to guests and ensure they feel accommodated
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables and restaurant side work
• Answer phone calls for reservations, wait times, and basic resort inquiries
• Participate in daily cleaning operations including bathrooms and dining areas
• Assist as a server, food runner, or busser if required
• Perform snow removal or move deck furniture as needed

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Proficient in guest service principles
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• High School graduate
• TIPS Certification
• Proficiency with POS systems or Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of reservation systems
