About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure
- Support guests with the self-check-in process and handle various reception duties
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless service
- Manage the breakfast buffet in the morning and utilize barista skills to delight guests
- Assist with goods reception, control, and storage, maintaining proper mise-en-place standards
- Share local insider tips and recommendations with guests to enhance their stay
Requirements
- Previous experience in gastronomy or hospitality is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Strong multitasking skills and a reliable work ethic
- Empathetic, communicative, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Fluency in both German and English
