About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless service
- Prepare the breakfast buffet and set tables for the following morning
- Manage night shifts, looking after the house and guests
- Handle end-of-day closing procedures
- Provide local insider tips and recommendations to guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is ideal
- Ability to work primarily at night and in shifts
- Strong multitasking and reliability skills
- Empathetic and enthusiastic personality
- Fluency in Swedish and English
