Host Service & Reception

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless service
• Prepare the breakfast buffet and set tables for the following morning
• Manage night shifts, looking after the house and guests
• Handle end-of-day closing procedures
• Provide local insider tips and recommendations to guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hotel industry is ideal
• Ability to work primarily at night and in shifts
• Strong multitasking and reliability skills
• Empathetic and enthusiastic personality
• Fluency in Swedish and English
