About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from arrival to departure
- Support guests with the self-check-in process and manage various front desk responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless food and beverage service
- Manage the breakfast buffet and utilize barista skills to serve guests in the morning
- Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage while maintaining high setup standards
- Provide local insider tips and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Strong multitasking skills and a reliable work ethic
- Empathetic personality with a great sense of humor and a passion for teamwork
