About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from arrival to departure
- Support guests with the self-check-in process and manage various front desk duties
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless food and beverage service
- Manage the breakfast buffet and utilize barista skills to wow guests in the morning
- Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage while maintaining perfect mise-en-place
- Share local insider tips and hotspots with guests to enhance their stay
Requirements
- Experience in the hotel industry is preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Strong multitasking skills and reliability
- Empathetic personality with a love for interacting with people
- Fluent English communication skills
- A great sense of humor and a team-player attitude
