Host Service & Reception

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure
• Support guests with the self-check-in process and manage various reception duties
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless service
• Manage the breakfast buffet in the morning, utilizing barista skills to delight guests
• Handle goods reception, control, and storage, ensuring proper mise-en-place according to company standards
• Share local insider tips and recommendations with guests to enhance their stay

Requirements

• Experience in gastronomy or hospitality is preferred
• Ability to work flexibly within a shift-based schedule
• Strong multitasking skills and a reliable work ethic
• Empathetic communication style with a passion for guest interaction
• Fluency in both German and English
• A positive attitude, sense of humor, and a team-oriented mindset
