Host Service & Reception

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from arrival to departure
• Support guests with the self-check-in process and manage front desk responsibilities
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to ensure seamless service
• Manage the breakfast buffet in the morning and utilize barista skills to wow guests
• Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage while maintaining high mise-en-place standards
• Share local insider tips and hotspots with guests to enhance their stay

Requirements

• Experience in the hotel industry is preferred
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Strong multitasking skills and reliability
• Empathetic personality with a great sense of humor and a team-player attitude
