About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from arrival to departure
- Support guests with the self-check-in process and manage front desk responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless bar and F&B service
- Manage the breakfast buffet and utilize barista skills to wow guests in the morning
- Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage while maintaining high mise-en-place standards
- Share local insider tips and hotspots with guests to enhance their stay
Requirements
- Ideally experienced in the hotel industry
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
- Flexible and available to work in shifts
- Strong multitasking skills and a reliable work ethic
- Empathetic personality with a great sense of humor and a team-player mindset
