Host Service & Reception Night

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from arrival to departure
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless service
• Prepare the breakfast buffet and set tables for the following morning
• Maintain security and oversight of the house and guests during the night shift
• Manage the preparation of the daily closing reports and maintain attention to detail
• Share local insider tips and recommendations with guests

Requirements

• Experience in gastronomy or hospitality is preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and a preference for nocturnal schedules
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to keep an overview in busy situations
• Reliable, empathetic, and a team player with a sense of humor
• Fluency in both German and English
