About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel at home from arrival to departure
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks to provide seamless service
- Manage the preparation of the breakfast buffet and set tables for the following morning
- Oversee the hotel during night hours, ensuring the safety of guests and the property
- Handle end-of-day closing procedures with care and accuracy
- Provide local insider tips and recommendations to guests
Requirements
- Experience in the hotel industry is preferred
- A true night owl who enjoys working primarily at night and in shifts
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain in control during busy periods
- Highly reliable, empathetic, and enthusiastic personality
- Fluent in English
- Great sense of humor and a team-player attitude
