Host Service & Bar

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure
• Support guests with the self-check-in process and perform various reception duties
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks with professional skill to ensure smooth service
• Manage the breakfast buffet in the morning and utilize barista skills to delight guests
• Handle goods reception, control, and storage while maintaining proper mise-en-place standards
• Share local insider tips and recommendations for the best city hotspots with guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in gastronomy or hospitality is preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Strong multitasking skills and a high level of reliability
• Empathetic communication style and a passion for guest interaction
• Fluency in both German and English
• A positive attitude, sense of humor, and a team-oriented mindset
