Host (Seasonal)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador and point of contact for guests throughout their stay, managing everything from check-in to check-out.
• Anticipate guest needs and create personalized, extraordinary experiences that exceed Forbes and LQA service standards.
• Coordinate various guest services including spa appointments, dining reservations, activity bookings, and room orientations.
• Provide high-touch personalized services such as packing/unpacking, laundry management, shoe shining, and clothes pressing.
• Inspect arriving guestrooms to ensure all equipment and amenities are clean, functional, and ready for use.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and maintain seamless communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Recognize and celebrate special guest occasions like birthdays and anniversaries to create lasting memories.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or a similar high-end role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, service-oriented attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service.
• Knowledge of hotel systems, in-room amenities, and luxury operational standards.
