Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a gracious first impression
• Manage reservations and seating assignments using Tock
• Coordinate guest flow between the tasting room, dining areas, and outdoor spaces
• Communicate wait times and assist with special requests
• Support servers and management to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of entry, host stand, and guest areas
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries regarding experiences, wine club benefits, and events
• Assist with merchandise and wine sales as needed
• Greet guests with welcome wine

Requirements

• Must be 21+
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Friendly, professional, and highly organized
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, winery, hotel, or hospitality experience
