Host Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operation of the Host Department to ensure exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
• Drive the implementation of the "Art of Hosting" philosophy and the Host Program.
• Coordinate personalized arrival, in-house, and departure experiences for all guests, including VIPs and special celebrations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Host Leaders and Hosts to ensure professional growth and operational consistency.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and ensure compliance with Forbes and internal luxury service standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for guest concerns and lead service recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure seamless operational execution.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality guest experience, Rooms Division, Butler, or Host operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong understanding of Forbes standards and luxury hospitality expectations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Strong problem-solving and guest recovery abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a luxury resort environment.
• Experience managing guest satisfaction platforms and service performance metrics.
