Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP guests with check-in, escorting, and resort orientation
• Anticipate guest needs by reviewing arrival lists and special requests prior to shifts
• Provide personalized service and concierge support to ensure a seamless luxury experience
• Maintain thorough knowledge of resort attractions, sales promotions, and layout
• Coordinate with housekeeping and airport teams to monitor guest arrivals and room readiness
• Update guest profiles in the Opera system and manage registration documentation
• Conduct daily courtesy calls to monitor guest satisfaction and handle any issues promptly
• Organize special amenities for VIP arrivals and guest celebrations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels
• Fluency in Russian or Arabic is mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in Opera system and general computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work various hours and schedules based on occupancy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Middle East or GCC region
• Proficiency in additional languages
