Host I - Entry Operations

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
• Manage entry and exit processes, including ticket scanning, pass validation, and turnstile access control.
• Oversee Aqua Fast Pass access, VIP Group entry, and Cabana rental verification.
• Assist with guest transportation logistics, providing directions to parking, shuttles, and attractions.
• Manage queues during peak times to maintain efficient guest flow and operational efficiency.
• Provide accurate information regarding park hours, attractions, and services to guests.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with Security, Transportation, and Guest Services departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready entry and access areas.
• Assist in emergency response procedures by guiding guests safely when required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Entry Operations, Access Control, Crowd Control, or Guest Services, preferably in a theme park or event setting.
• Fluent in Arabic and excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage guest flows in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
