Host

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service during check-ins and seating
• Manage reservations, answer phones, and handle in-room dining orders
• Coordinate with restaurant and pool staff to optimize guest placement and flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and work areas
• Monitor guest profiles, VIP arrivals, and special requests in reservation systems
• Ensure menus and wine lists are clean, up-to-date, and well-stocked
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Collaborate with Food and Beverage Management to set a positive restaurant atmosphere

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write English fluently
• Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local certifications (e.g., food handlers or alcohol training)

• Experience in a high-end or luxury hospitality setting
