Host/Hostess - Gaming Marketing

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Host in managing relationships with assigned domestic guests to ensure needs and preferences are met
• Coordinate guest reservations for accommodation, dining, entertainment, transportation, and special amenities
• Support the execution of domestic marketing promotions, loyalty programs, and exclusive events
• Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and service requests in CRM and related systems
• Provide frontline support to guests, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion
• Collaborate with Gaming Marketing, VIP Services, and other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Monitor guest activity and provide updates to the Executive Host to support player development strategies
• Uphold Wynn Resorts’ service standards, data privacy requirements, and UAE regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury service, or guest relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or hospitality systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is highly valued
• Professional, polished demeanor with a passion for luxury service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
