Responsibilities

• Provide quality, and genuine, hospitality in a timely manner
• Greet parties as they arrive with a welcoming and accommodating attitude
• Distribute menus to guests as they are seated
• Ensure that guests feel important and welcome throughout their entire stay
• Manage seating and reservations to ensure guests get the best experience
• Respond to phone calls and communicate effectively with guests and team-members
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements

• Passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience
• Energetic and genuine positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized during busy service times
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 10+ pounds repetitively
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Hosting or guest service experience preferred
