Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival and bid them farewell as they leave
• Manage guest arrivals by entering names into the reservation system and informing guests of wait times
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure an exceptional overall dining experience
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain a high standard of service
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning menus and ensuring restrooms are clean and stocked
• Support To-Go orders and refill guest beverages as needed
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and handwashing guidelines

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
