Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival
• Manage guest wait times and enter names into the reservation system
• Escort guests to their tables and bid farewell upon departure
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Perform light housekeeping including cleaning glass, menus, and maintaining restrooms
• Support To-Go orders as needed
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
