Host

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival and bid them farewell as they leave
• Manage guest wait times, enter names into the reservation system, and escort guests to their tables
• Provide exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and maintaining a positive attitude
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure a welcoming dining environment
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning menus and maintaining clean, stocked restrooms
• Support To-Go orders and assist with beverage refills as needed
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and handwashing guidelines

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
