Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival and bid them farewell as they leave
• Manage guest seating, wait times, and reservation systems
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and using tact to resolve challenges
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including maintaining clean and stocked restrooms
• Support To-Go orders and refill beverages as needed
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and handwashing guidelines

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
