About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
- Manage guest wait times and enter names into the reservation system
- Escort guests to their tables and bid them farewell upon departure
- Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Maintain restroom cleanliness and ensure they are well-stocked
- Support To-Go orders and perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning menus
- Comply with all safety, sanitation, and handwashing guidelines
- Use reservation, telephone, and paging systems professionally
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a full shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Availability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and hospitable demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
