Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival
• Manage guest wait times and enter names into the reservation system
• Escort guests to their tables and bid them farewell upon departure
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and ensure they are well-stocked
• Support To-Go orders and perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning menus
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and handwashing guidelines
• Use reservation, telephone, and paging systems professionally

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a full shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Availability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a calm and hospitable demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience
