About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and communicate special requests to managers and kitchen chefs
- Handle reservations via Sevenrooms software, including reconfirming and tracking group requests
- Transmit and uphold Group hospitality standards
- Participate in various service tasks
- Inform clients about local Deauville events
Requirements
- Courteous and elegant demeanor
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with Sevenrooms software (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to maintain a smile in all circumstances
