Founded in 1972, T Bar M Racquet Club is a premier private members tennis and racquet club. The new Banner House at T Bar M features world-class amenities including tennis and padel courts, a resort-style pool, a taqueria, private events, lounges, a restaurant, and a bar, alongside a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival to provide a personalized first impression
• Manage the seating and reservation system efficiently to ensure timely table turnovers
• Communicate with guests regarding seating preferences and special requests
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and maintain organized guest lists during peak hours
• Collaborate with the server team to coordinate seating and guest flow
• Maintain a clean and organized host area, including managing coat check
• Monitor the dining room to ensure guests are attended to promptly
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
• Attend all scheduled pre-shift meetings

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host or in customer service preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for managing reservation systems
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
