Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor to provide a positive first impression
• Manage the reservation system, including taking bookings and accurately recording details
• Seat guests promptly while considering special requests and preferences
• Communicate wait times, menu information, and restaurant promotions to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized host station with up-to-date menus and materials
• Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure efficient table turnover
• Monitor dining room flow and address guest inquiries or concerns professionally
• Assist with the coordination of private dining events and special occasions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

Requirements

• Valid USA work authorization
• Food Handlers Card and MAST permit
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for long periods
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
