Hospitality Valet Greeter

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Provide seamless valet service, including safe and efficient vehicle handling with meticulous attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs by assisting with luggage, coordinating arrivals, and offering thoughtful direction
• Maintain a refined awareness of guest preferences and special or urgent occasions
• Collaborate with hospitality and clinical teams to ensure a cohesive, elevated arrival experience
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and member privacy
• Manage traffic flow with calm efficiency while ensuring the arrival port remains pristine and organized
• Coordinate special requests from management and service teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, valet, or guest services preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a variety of luxury vehicles
• Professional presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards
