Responsibilities

• Greet guests via in-person, telephone, and email with excellence
• Assist in scheduling, confirming, and controlling the agenda for massages and spa treatments
• Support check-in and check-out processes for spa clients
• Help organize the reception, treatment rooms, and common areas to maintain quality standards
• Assist in controlling materials, amenities, linens, and products used in operations
• Support reservation control, system entries, and area reporting
• Collaborate with Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments
• Support special requests to exceed client expectations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
• Expected graduation date from 2027 onwards
• Intermediate English (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Availability for a 5x2 shift, 6 hours daily, including weekends and holidays
