About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for hospitality services including food and beverage procurement and meeting support
- Order, set up, and break down catering for client meetings and ensure rooms are reset
- Partner with IT, AV, Facilities, and Marketing teams for event execution
- Manage conference room scheduling tools and office administration services
- Maintain inventory for staff kitchens and pantries
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure outsourced staff meet performance expectations
- Coordinate office-wide events such as holiday parties and community engagement
- Process invoices and prepare expense reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of hospitality experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift/assemble furniture up to 50 lbs
