About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for hospitality services including food and beverage procurement and meeting support
  • Order, set up, and break down catering for client meetings and ensure rooms are reset
  • Partner with IT, AV, Facilities, and Marketing teams for event execution
  • Manage conference room scheduling tools and office administration services
  • Maintain inventory for staff kitchens and pantries
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure outsourced staff meet performance expectations
  • Coordinate office-wide events such as holiday parties and community engagement
  • Process invoices and prepare expense reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of hospitality experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift/assemble furniture up to 50 lbs
