Hospitality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at Varda
• Work with Operations leadership to plan and execute food services operations
• Monitor quality and consistency of food products at point of service
• Clean service equipment and dining areas
• Facilitate effective communication between janitorial staff and leadership regarding operational needs
• Enforce proper food safety practices with staff
• Support ongoing staff development

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the hospitality field
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Experience with forklift operation
