About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure white-glove service and hospitality for guests
- Clean and organize accommodations, rooms, and public spaces to high standards
- Assist with preparations and setup for morning breakfast service
- Uphold and promote Guest House safety standards and protocols
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and room amenities
- Communicate maintenance needs or supply updates to supervisors
Requirements
- Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings, and select weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
